Determination of the optimal doses of carboplatin, paclitaxel and gemcitabine. Lung cancer cells, ADCA117, were grown as MCTS. MCTS were then incubated for 72 h with increasing concentrations of paclitaxel (A), gemcitabine (B) or carboplatin (C, D) Treatment sequence of MCTS. (E, F) MCTS were treated with a combination of carboplatin 50µM and paclitaxel 150nM (CaPa) or gemcitabine 100nM (CaGe) repeated 3 times.
