Splenic Th1 and Th2 cytokine measurement. Spleen tissues were homogenized and the splenocytes were cultured with RSV F + G protein mixture for 5 days. Representative Th1 and Th2 cytokines IFN-γ (A) and IL-5 (B) were determined using the cytokine ELISA kits. Data are presented as mean ± SD from experiments performed in triplicate and statistical significance was determined by one-way ANOVA with Tukey’s multiple comparisons post hoc test (* p < 0.05)
