Neutrophil surface markers are age-dependently regulated upon P. aeruginosa exposure. Neutrophils of young and old mice were left unstimulated (Ctrl) or stimulated with bacteria (PAO1 or D61) at MOI of 5 for 4 h. A Receptor expression of CD11b, CD16, CD32, and CD88 was analyzed using flow cytometry and is depicted as mean fluorescence intensity (MFI).
