(A) Lung samples were collected at 5 days post infection and T cell exhaustion marker expression in CD4 and CD8 T cells were measured by flow cytometry. (B) The correlation analysis between the virus titer and percentage of exhausted CD4, CD8 T cell in influenza infected mice. Data of T cell exhaustion were shown in mean ± SEM. For statistical analysis, one-way ANOVA and Tukey’s post-multiple comparison test were performed. *p < 0.05; **p < 0.01 between the indicated groups (n = 4/group). The correlations between the virus titer and the percentage of exhausted T cells were analyzed using the Person’s correlation analysis. p < 0.05 was considered statistically significant
