From: Chronic allergic asthma induces T-cell exhaustion and impairs virus clearance in mice
Airway inflammation was increased after PR8 influenza virus infection. Samples were collected at 5 days post infection. Inflammatory cell population in Lung (A) and BAL (B) were measured by flow cytometry. Inflammatory cytokine and chemokine levels in Lung (C) and BAL (D) were measured by ELISA. All data were shown in mean ± SEM.
