From: Chronic allergic asthma induces T-cell exhaustion and impairs virus clearance in mice
Inflammatory response in lung and BALF after asthma induction. Samples were collected at 6 weeks post OVA sensitization. Inflammatory cell population in Lung (A) and BAL (B) were measured by flow cytometry. Inflammatory cytokine and chemokine level in Lung (C) and BAL (D) were measured by ELISA.
