Overexpression of NOS1 antagonizes the effect of miR-4640-5p in regulating PASMC cell proliferation and migration. PASMCs were cultured under normoxia or hypoxia condition, transfected with pcDNA empty vector, pcDNA-NOS1, miR-NC + pcDNA-NOS1, or miR-4640-5p mimic + pcDNA-NOS1. A The relative expression of NOS1 in PASMCs was analyzed by western blot. B Cell proliferation was analyzed by CCK-8 assay. C DNA synthesis was analyzed by EdU incorporation assay. D Protein expression levels of p-mTOR, mTOR, p-S6, and S6 in PASMCs were analyzed by western blot. β-actin was used as an internal control.
