ICS inhaled corticosteroids, BDP beclomethasone dipropionate equivalent dose (μg/day), pMDI pressurized metered-dose inhaler, LAMA long-acting muscarinic antagonist, LABA long-acting beta2 agonist, SAMA short-acting muscarinic antagonist, SABA short-acting beta2 agonist.
