Forest plot for the weighted mean difference of FEV1, FVC and DLco with 95% confidence intervals in LAM patients treated with everolimus. The weighted mean difference values of FEV1, FVC and DLco were 0.05 L (95% CI: − 0.18 to 0.27), 0.16 L (95% CI: − 0.14 to 0.47,) and − 0.72 ml/min/mmHg (95% CI: − 2.77 to 1.32), respectively. But the changes of them were not statistically significant, for all the P values of test for overall effect were above 0.05 (P = 0.69, P = 0.30 and P = 0.49), respectively
