Repetitive ODE exposure induces anti-MAA and anti-ACPAP IgG antibodies. WT were intranasally treated with saline or ODE daily for 3 weeks. Autoreactive IgG antibodies to malondialdehyde-acetaldehyde (MAA) and citrullinated protein antibody (ACPA) were quantified in serum by ELISA. Graph depicts mean with standard error bars of N = 11-13 mice/group from a minimum of 3 independent studies. There were no autoantibodies detected in the BCR KO mice. Statistical significance between saline and ODE (***p < 0.001)
