The influence of TROP2 expression on secretion of proinflammatory cytokines in BCs. BCs were transfected with pcDNA3.1-TROP2 or siRNA sequence. The concentrations of IL-1β IL-6, and IL-8 in supernatants of transfected and control cells were analyzed by ELISA and compared. The results represent the mean ± SD of 3 measurements. a Secretion of IL-1β IL-6, and IL-8 was increased in BCs overexpressing TROP2.
