Airway eosinophilia in response to chronic ovalbumin (OVA) challenge and treatment with saline (sal; control), tiotropium (tio; 0.01 and 0.03 mM; nebulizer concencenrations) or ciclesonide (cicl; 0.01 and 0.1 mg/kg). Guinea pigs were treated as described in Fig. 1b.
