Effect of BMAL1 knockdown on TGF-β1-induced signaling transduction. a HPL1D cells in 6-well plates were transfected with siBMAL1 or siCtrl for 48 h and stimulated with TGF-β1 at 5 ng/ml for 30 min. The level of phosphorylated Smad3 was detected with phospho-specific antibodies. The total level of Smad3 was also investigated. b NHLFs in 6-well plates were transfected with siBMAL1 or siCtrl for 48 h and stimulated with TGF-β1 at 1 ng/ml for 18 h.
