In the Table 1 parameters column to the left hand side, I noticed that it seems that NS/CS appear to be displayed the wrong way around, since the Never smokers column suggests that all particiapants smoke and the smokers column suggests that all smoking participants do not smoke.
This appears to be a minor typographical error, but can lead to confusion over your sample groups.
