PIM recruitment: Lung section stained with only secondary antibody (A) show no reaction while anti-vWF antibody stained vascular endothelium (arrow). Lung sections from control rats (C) contained occasional septal ED1-positive cells (arrow) while those from BDL rats had numerous reactive cells in the septa (arrows).
