Dose effect curve of the PDE3 inhibitor motapizone or PDE4 inhibitor rolipram on U46619-elevated pulmonary artery pressure in untreated and desensitized (post iloprost infusion) lungs. Motapizone and rolipram dose-dependently reduced the elevated pulmonary artery pressure. There was no change in the dose response curve when applying identical doses of motapizone 240 min after iloprost infusion.
