Therapeutic effect of rapamycin after induction of pulmonary vascular remodeling. Mice were exposed for three week to normoxia or hypoxia before treatment with rapamycin for three weeks. Rapamycin had no effect on proliferative activity but on muscularization of intrapulmonary vessels.
