The bands were analyzed by a densitometer and normalized by the intensity of corresponding GAPDH band, and the data are summarized in B. Each column represents the mean ± S.E. from 5 experiments. The expression level of RhoA protein in the bronchi was significantly increased in the OA-challenged group (*P < 0.001 vs. Control group by unpaired Student's t-test).
