Expression levels of TLR2 (A), TLR3 (B) and TLR4 (C) in biopsies of nasal mucosa from healthy volunteers (controls), from patients with intermittent allergic rhinitis outside pollen season and from patients with symptomatic intermittent allergic rhinitis during pollen season. Levels of mRNA were calculated in relation to 100,000 mRNA molecules of β-actin. Bold lines represent mean values.
