KitW/KitW-v mice were transferred with BMMCs from C57BL/6 mice, TRIF−/−mice, or IRF-3−/−mice. Five weeks after the transfer, mice were treated with poly IC or saline alone before each OVA sensitization. Two weeks later, the mice were challenged with OVA, and the eosinophilia in BALF was measured. Each group consisted of five to eight mice.
