AR inhibition by oral administration of fidarestat blocks airway hyper-responsiveness and accumulation of inflammatory cells in BAL of RWE-challenged mice. (A) The changes in PENH were measured by whole-body plethysmography. Mice were placed in a barometric plethysmographic chamber and PENH was determined and plotted against the increasing concentration of methacholine.
