HDACs in skeletal muscle biopsies and their correlations with clinical parameters. Whole cell proteins were extracted from quadriceps muscle biopsy specimens. HDAC2 protein (a) and HDAC5 protein (b) were measured by sodium dodecyl sulphate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis/Western blot.
