1,25(OH)2D3 inhibits cell cycle in ASM cells. ASM cells were incubated with 100 nM of 1,25(OH)2D3 in the presence or absence of VEGF (50 ng/ml) for 48 h, and then Flow cytometric analysis for cell cycle was performed. All experiments were done at least three times. Values represent the means  ±  SEM
