CS injury induces MMP12 in the lungs in response to IAV or RSV. a-b C57BL/6 mice were exposed for 4 weeks to FA or CS and instilled intranasal with Vehicle, (a) IAV or (b) RSV. Quantitative RT-PCR analysis for MMP-12 mRNA was performed at day 14 post viral infection.
