Effects of Abl knockout, imatinib and GNF-5 on total and differential cell counts in BALF. Total (A) and differential (B) cell numbers in BALF of Ablsm−/− mice were similar to those of Abl-lox mice when treated with PBS or OVA (n = 6–7). However, treatment with imatinib or GNF-5 inhibited the OVA-induced increase in total (C) and differential (D) cell numbers in BALF of BALB/c mice (n = 7, *P < 0.05).
