Antileukinate significantly decreased 8-isoprostane level and increased the ratio of reduced/oxidized glutathione in both WT and Tg mice following 95% O2 exposure. Tg mice also revealed significant decrease in 8-isoprostane level and increase in the ratio of reduced/oxidized glutathione compared to WT counterpart groups.
