No differences in transendothelial electrical resistance (TER) of the HUVEC layer were observed after antibody incubation or CSE (OD = 0.12) exposure as compared to medium exposure. The TER of filters alone was 82 Ω × cm². Data in table 1 are representative of three separate experiments.
