Additive effect of mometasone and desloratadine on interleukin-6 secretion from nasal mucosa epithelial cells. Nasal mucosa epithelial cell were incubated with 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS) in presence of mometasone (MF) with/without desloratadine (DL). Additive effect was found when using MF at 10-9M plus DL 10-5M. Results expressed as mean ± SEM.
