Effect of ATK on airway constriction of CFTR-/- mice. Either ATK (20 mg/Kg) or its vehicle, ethanol, were administered intraperitoneally to CFTR-/- and CFTR +/+ mice and basal Penh levels were measured for 40 min. Then, LPS (330 μg/kg) or saline were instilled intranasally and Penh was monitored as described before. A representative graph is shown in A.
