MiR-4640-5p/NOS1 regulates mitochondrial dynamics in PASMCs. PASMCs were cultured under normoxia or hypoxia condition, transfected with pcDNA empty vector, pcDNA-NOS1, miR-NC + pcDNA-NOS1, or miR-4640-5p mimic + pcDNA-NOS1.
