DC260126 alleviates methacholine-induced AHR in obese asthmatic mice. Within 24 h after last challenge, mouse ventilator and forced oscillation technique were employed to determine airway resistance. Airway resistance was measured by inhalation of methacholine at 0, 3.125, 6.25, 12.5, 25 and 50 mg/ml. The data were presented as the mean ± S.E.M (n = 6 per group). **P < 0.01 and ***P < 0.001 compared with the control, #P < 0.05 and ##P < 0.01 compared with the HDF-OVA group
