Tidal volume distribution. Tidal volume distribution acquired by EIT is presented for each ROI (anterior, mid-anterior, mid-posterior and posterior) in proportion to total change in all ROIs combined. The data represents the proportion of tidal volume being distributed to each of the lung regions, where the total tidal volume represents 100%. The red line visualizes regions where 50% of the total tidal volume is distributed. If the sum of posterior and mid-posterior ROI distribution exceeds 50%, the distribution is considered predominantly dependent
