Differential expression pattern of ferret lungs following cigarette smoke exposure. Age and sex-matched ferrets (Mustela putorious furo) were exposed to cigarette smoke or air control for 6 months, after which lung tissues were isolated and RNA was extracted. Total RNA was isolated from lung homogenate and RNA-Seq analysis was performed.
