A case of patient with pulmonary nodule, the chest CT showed the lesion located in LB3bi. The chest CT slide was rotated by 90-degree clockwise (A), and the pathway to the target lung lesion was planned based upon the CT image (B). The opening of the left upper lobe assessed by bronchoscopy was in accordance with the rotated CT image (A and C). A radial ultrasound probe (D), biopsy forceps (E) and specimen brush (F) were respectively implemented for accurate positioning and tranbronchoscopic lung biopsy. The histopathological finding suggested pulmonary adenocarcinoma (G)
