From: NHLRC2 expression is increased in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis
NHLRC2 mRNA and protein levels in stromal and epithelial cell lines. Total RNA was isolated and cellular lysates were prepared from stromal cells cultured from control lungs (n = 4) and idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) patients (n = 5), small airway epithelial cells (SAEC) (n = 1), and primary bronchial/tracheal epithelial cells (PBTE) (n = 1). A NHLRC2 and COL4A1 levels were measured with quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction, normalized to GAPDH, and represented graphically as the fold change compared to average of control cell lines.
