Pulmonary pericyte characterization by flow cytometry. The lungs of female C57/Bl6 mice (6–8 weeks old) were removed and stained by flow cytometry. A Pulmonary pericytes were identified as CD45-/CD31-/Ter119-/PDGFRβ+/CD146+ cells. B Further analysis using the Biolegend LegendScreen™ indicated the absence of hematopoietic cell markers and the presence of mesenchymal cell markers on these cells.
