Co-immunoprecipitation (IP) analysis was performed to examine the association between TRB3 and the MAPK signaling pathway. A The protein expression of TRB3, ERK, JNK and p38 MAPK in whole cell extracts was evaluated in PASMCs transfected with a negative control vector(lv-NC) or lentiviral vector containing TRB3 CDS (lv-TRB3).
