BLM-treated A549 cells have undergone EMT. A549 cells were incubated with different concentrations of BLM for 24 h and the MTS assay was used to detect cell viability (a). Levels of EMT-related markers were detected, the mRNA levels of E-cad (b) and α-SMA (c) were detected by real-time PCR, the protein levels of E-cad (e) and α-SMA (f) were detected by western blot (d).
