Forest plot for the weighted mean difference of FEV1, FVC and DLco with 95% confidence intervals in LAM patients treated with sirolimus. The weighted mean difference values of FEV1, FVC and DLco were 0.03 L (95% CI: − 0.13 to 0.18), 0.14 L (95% CI: − 0.10 to 0.37,) and − 0.17 ml/min/mmHg (95% CI: − 1.58 to 1.24), respectively. But the changes of them were not statistically significant, for all the P values of test for overall effect were above 0.05 (P = 0.74, P = 0.25 and P = 0.81), respectively
