Luciferase activity of A549/NF-κB-luc reporter cells transfected with either scramble control or one of two SMARCD1 small interfering RNAs (siRNA). Cells were stimulated with 5 ng/mL IL-1β with and without 5 nM Dexamethasone (dex). The luciferase activities of cells treated with IL-1β + dex and transfected with siRNAs were calculated and compared to that of cells treated with IL-1β + dex and transfected with scramble control. * Indicates significant differences at p < 0.05
