  1. Granuloma specimens from 18 sarcoidosis, 3 Coccidiodomycosis (CM) and 4 tuberculosis (TB) patients were included in this study. There was no significant difference in age (p = 0.1). The predominant race was White in the three granulomatous diseases, 11% of the sarcoidosis were self-identified as Black or African Americans, while *half of Hispanics were self-identified as white as well. **Other include Native American and Multiracial
