CXCL12 and CCX771 modulates CXCR7-dependent A549 cell migration and invasion. A549 and A549-CXCR7-O cells were incubated in 12 well plate with ibidi labware untill the confluence is 90%. Before removing the Culture–Insert, cells were serum starved for 12 h. Then a cell–free gap of approximate 500 μm is created after removing the Culture–Insert. And the closure of the wounds was monitored in the presence or absence of CXCL12 (100 ng/ml), CCX771(0.5 μM) or both by microscopy after 0, 12 and 24 h. a. Imaging and c.
