Neutrophil extracellular trap formation of neutrophils isolated from healthy donors and chronic granulomatous disease (CGD) patients with and without DPI treatment. Relative fluorescence intensity of SYTOX green after infection was measured by the FLUOstar OPTIMA microplate reader at 6 hpi. The relative fluorescence unit (RFU) of the mock-infected neutrophils was set as 100%.
