Nuclear translocation of p-p65 and p65 DNA binding activity. Each bar represents the mean ± SD. p-p65 level in nucleus was measured by western-blotting (A), and p65 DNA binding activity was determined by EILSA (B). Compared to control group, both expressions of p-p65 in nuclear and p65 DNA binding activity were significantly increased in LPS group.
