HCC827IR improved the migration ability of HCC827 cells. HCC827 cells were co-cultured with HCC827IR for 24 or 48 h. a The Transwell assay was performed to analyze the cell migration. The cell number of HCC827/HCC827IR was 29.25 ± 1.51 vs. those of HCC827/HCC827 was 10.61 ± 3.81)(P < 0.0001) (b) The cell migration was analyzed by wound-healing assay.
