Shows the results of the ROS assay in both fresh and frozen cells and supernatants. No difference was observed in ROS accumulation between the Untransfected, scrambled, GSTCD SiRNA B or C in any of the condition which were: Fresh - Fresh supernatant, Homog – Fresh homogenised cells, Frozen1 and 2 - supernatants stored at -80 °C. This is n = 1 from one biological experiment using different cell compartments and conditions for ROS detection
