All cells depicted here are pre-gated as single, viable and CD45+ cells. (A) Total ILCs were defined as CD45+Lin−CD3−CD49b− CD90+ cells. Within the total ILC population ST2+ cells were regarded as ILC2 cells. (B) Total T-helper cells were defined as CD45+CD4+ cells. TH2 cells within total T-helper cell population stain positive for the transcription factor GATA-3.
