Neutralizing antibody treatment augments ODE-induced production of TGF-β1 and IL-10 levels in BEAS-2B cells. Compared to medium (control, 0 h), co-treatment of ODE exposed BEAS-2B cells with Anti-HMGB1 antibody (10 μM) significantly increased the production of TGF-β1 (a, 6, 24 and 48 h) and IL-10 (b, 6, 24 and 48 h).
