Role of gene expression of chemokines after LPS stimulation in mice lungs. Lungs from mice with the indicated PLCε genotype was collected in 24 h after i.t. administration of LPS or vehicle. The RNA was pooled from each group (n = 7 in the LPS-treated group, n = 4 in the vehicle-treated group) and subjected to qRT-PCR. Fold change was determined by dividing the relative mRNA level in PLCε+/+ mice with that in PLCε∆X/∆X mice. Values represent p-values between PLCε+/+ and PLCε∆X/∆X mice
