AT1R promotes the proliferation of PASMCs. PASMCs were transfected with 1000 ng of vector or pAT1R for 48 h (a, b). PASMCs were also transfected with 50 nM siCon or siAT1R for 48 h (c, d). Proliferation was analyzed by CCK-8 assay. AT1R, Ki67 and PCNA mRNA were detected by RT-qPCR.
